樹脂流動(dòng)性測(cè)試系統(tǒng)由一臺(tái)RF-2.0E型流動(dòng)性試驗(yàn)壓機(jī),一臺(tái)RF-P1取樣沖模機(jī)和一臺(tái)RF-P2取樣沖模機(jī)組成。設(shè)計(jì)緊湊，外形美觀，符合美國(guó)IPC-TM-650標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中試驗(yàn)方法2.3.17各項(xiàng)要求,用于測(cè)量半固化片的樹脂流動(dòng)性測(cè)試。

        RF-P1和RF-P2樹脂流動(dòng)性取樣沖模機(jī)是專門用于沖取樹脂流動(dòng)性試驗(yàn)試樣的機(jī)器。符合美國(guó)IPC-TM-650 2.3.17所提出的要求。
        RF-P1是電動(dòng)的，配有專門沖取直徑為81.10mm(3.192英寸)園形試樣的沖模。
        RF-P2是氣動(dòng)的，配有專門切取4”×4”半固化片試樣的模具。
        模具均是優(yōu)質(zhì)材料精制。機(jī)器操作簡(jiǎn)單。

 

  The RF-P1 and RF-P2 Resin Flow Testing Sample Punches are designed to punch samples for resin flow percent of prepreg testing.The units meet the requirements of IPC-TM-650 2.3.17
